Engagement terms (summary)

Permanent recruitment

• Contingency basis: a fee is payable only if a candidate we introduced joins the client.
• Fee: a percentage of the candidate's first-year CTC, agreed per role on the requirement call; GST extra for clients in India.
• Invoiced on the joining date; payment due within 15 days.
• If the hire leaves within the guarantee period agreed for the role, we run one replacement search at no extra fee.
• A fee applies if the client hires a candidate we introduced, for any role, within 12 months of the introduction.
• Retained search: one third of the estimated fee on signing, one third on shortlist, the balance on joining.

Dedicated remote professionals

• AADIOMBIZ employs the professional in India and is responsible for salary, statutory benefits, payroll compliance and equipment.
• The client directs day-to-day work. Professionals do not sign contracts, negotiate or make binding commitments on the client's behalf.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance; payment is due within 15 days of invoice.
• Either party may end an engagement with 30 days' written notice after the first month.
• One free replacement if the professional leaves, or the client is not satisfied, within the first 90 days.
• Work product created for the client belongs to the client once fees are paid.
• A client who wishes to employ the professional directly may do so after 12 months, or earlier for an agreed conversion fee.

Confidentiality and data

• Both parties keep each other's confidential information confidential.
• Candidate profiles are shared only with the candidate's agreement and used only for the role in question.
• Remote professionals use company-managed devices with multi-factor authentication and follow the client's reasonable security policies.
